The Menstrual Cycle, The Doshas and The Gunas

In this episode Colette discusses the role the doshas of Vata, Pitta and Kapha play in our menstrual cycle. What doshas are dominant at the different stages of the cycle, how dosha aggravations can manifest in our cycle and how to pacify these aggravations. She discusses the following:
